2026 is half over!?!?!
July 1st.
Half the year is gone.
Maybe you’re crushing your goals. Maybe you started strong and drifted. Maybe you never got started at all.
None of that matters as much as what you do today.
Don’t overcomplicate it. Don’t wait for Monday. Don’t wait until life slows down. Start where you are.
Walk three blocks a day for the rest of this week. Next week, make it four.
Do one push-up. One sit-up. One squat. One lunge. Next week, do two.
Small actions, repeated consistently, beat big plans that never leave the notebook.
I’ve said it before: get just 1% better each week. Those tiny improvements compound into massive change over time.
You don’t need a perfect six months to finish with an incredible year. You just need to decide that today is the day you stop negotiating with yourself.
December 31st is coming whether you change or not.
