Confessions of a GLP-1 Dealer – Volume 3: Success Isn’t About the Injection

After three years of watching hundreds of people go through GLP-1 programs, I’ve noticed something.

The people who succeed long-term aren’t the ones on the highest dose. They’re the ones who use the medication as an opportunity to change their habits.

The injection can make you less hungry. It can’t teach you how to grocery shop. It can’t make you prioritize protein. I t can’t convince you to strength train. It can’t make you go for a walk instead of sitting on the couch.

Those decisions are still yours.

The medication gives you a window where making better choices becomes easier. What you do with that window determines whether you’re successful six months from now… or six years from now.

The goal should never be to stay on a GLP-1 forever.

The goal is to build a lifestyle that eventually doesn’t need it.

Next week: Let’s talk about the biggest mistake I see people make while taking a GLP-1.

(This is Volume 3 of a 12-part series exploring the realities, misconceptions, and lessons I’ve learned after three years working with GLP-1 clients. New volumes every Tuesday.)
