What “normal” shouldn’t feel like
I genuinely feel bad for the people walking around every day with low energy, constant aches and pains, and a nagging sense that they just don’t feel good—because for many of them, that’s become their normal. They don’t even realize how bad they feel anymore because it’s been that way for so long. They think this is how life feels.
But here’s the truth: it doesn’t have to be that way.
If more people skipped the inner aisles of the grocery store and stuck to the perimeter—focusing on whole foods instead of processed junk—and cut out fast food, soda, and all the other garbage, their lives would change. Combine that with just three to four hours of exercise per week. Not a massive time commitment—just a few hours. And they can mix in cryotherapy, sauna and red light therapy sessions to take things to the next level. I can guarantee they’d start feeling better in ways they didn’t even know were possible.
Right now, many people think the way they feel is just part of getting older. It’s not. A healthy diet and consistent exercise don’t just improve how you feel—they redefine what “normal” even is.
Life is already stressful enough: raising kids, managing careers, keeping up with bills, and navigating everything in between. But one of the biggest stressors for most people is their own health—or lack thereof. And when you take care of your body, that particular stress goes away. That absence? That’s freedom. And freedom is worth fighting for.
I’m always here for anyone ready to take that first step. It won’t be easy—but it will absolutely be worth it. DM me anytime.
