2027 STARTS NOW | WEEK 1

There are 94 days left in 2026.
Many people who aren’t where they want to be with their health and fitness will spend the next three months telling themselves the same thing: “I’ll start January 1.”
But why wait?
What could change in 94 days if you started today? What if instead of waiting for January 1, you used the next 94 days to get a head start?
Imagine dropping your first 8 pounds before 2027 even starts, or going from the couch to running 3 miles without stopping. Imagine walking into January already stronger, eating better, sleeping better and feeling better.
That is possible in 13 weeks.
There’s another reason I’d rather start now. Research on New Year’s resolutions found that while 77% were still on track after the first week, that dropped to 55% after one month and 43% after three months.
January 1 might give you a temporary burst of motivation, but momentum is different.
Start now and by January 1, you’ve already stacked some Ws. You’ve worked through days when you didn’t feel like doing it, and you’ve learned how to stay consistent through Thanksgiving, Christmas parties, travel, busy schedules and everything else the holidays throw at you.
Most importantly, you’re taking action instead of waiting for a symbolic date on the calendar.
You don’t have to change everything tomorrow. In fact, that’s usually where people go wrong. Pick one thing: walk 30 minutes every day, strength train three days a week, stop drinking your calories, eat real food instead of food made in a factory, or get to bed an hour earlier.
Pick one, make it non-negotiable, and start stacking Ws.
Over the next 13 weeks, every Tuesday I’m going to share one practical step to help you build the habits, discipline and systems to make 2027 different.
Because when January 1 gets here, you have a choice:
Start from scratch or start with momentum.
Stop waiting for a date on the calendar to give you permission to change your life.
Get a head start. 2027 starts now.
