If the label has 10+ ingredients with words you can’t pronounce, it isn’t real food. If it didn’t come directly from a plant or animal, it’s not real food. Processed food is not real food. This includes diet “food” marked as low fat, keto, vegan, etc. Processed foods always lack critical nutrients needed properly fuel your body. Side effects of eating “real food” may include reduced inflammation, weight loss, more energy and a stronger immune system. Food is medicine. Go get it.
