6 Ways DDPY Made Me a Better Runner

I dabbled with DDPY for several years before working it into my fulltime workout routine 5 years ago. DDPY and cryotherapy were the most critical tools used to recover from my car accident back in 2018 and they make me a better runner today. I’ve found 6 benefits of DDPY that have improved my running performance:

  1. Hamstrings!  Loose hamstrings enhance a runners’ performance, tight hamstrings make runs more difficult and throw off stride.  Tight hamstrings can also lead to other injuries, including knees, hips and low back.
