I’m running 62 miles tomorrow; my first 100k race

Tomorrow I will run my first 100k race.
62 miles.
Yikes.
It’s an overwhelming number. But so was 50 miles at one point earlier this year. So was the 4x4x48 challenge in March, and before that it was a 50k last November. Until last October, I never intended to run anything past a marathon.
The car wreck occurred 1388 days ago. Before the car wreck, 62 miles seemed impossible to me. The difficulty of 26.2 scared me from running anything further. After the car wreck, 26.2 miles became impossible according to some of my doctors, but after recovering from the car wreck, 62 miles became possible to me.
God is good; hard work pays off. DDP Yoga and cryotherapy are for real.
Big shout out and thank you to my crew, Tony Brown and Jake Dunne!
I’ll check in Saturday night after the race. Do something hard this weekend.
Go get it.
