What are we fixated on? We shouldn’t go down this path to “look good”. Outward appearance will eventually be the result of overall health/fitness improvement. If you’re basing it on outward appearance, you’re less likely to stick with it. Remember, this isn’t a quick fix. This is a long journey; a slow burn. Don’t get discouraged and give up easily; instead, be relentless. The end game is to feel better and have fewer medical concerns. This will lead to a better quality of life, especially as we get older.
