Bad Habits and the Snooze Button

Self accountability…sometimes we let a bad habit sneak in slowly. We make excuses and negotiate with ourselves here and there. And then we allow that behavior sneak in a bit more until its a regular thing. And when its a regular thing, its a regular thing. It’s the new normal. I been getting a little to cozy with the snooze button. Its usually only 10-15 minutes, but now it includes 30 minutes once a week. Its disrupting my sleep. And its disrupting Rachel’s too. It stops tomorrow. Tomorrow starts a 30-day no snooze streak. Bad habit will be eradicated before Memorial Day. Maybe you have a bad habit you’ve slowly let in. Are you taking self-inventory?
