2020 Reflections: Mission Accomplished; lots to be thankful for
Happy to wrap everything up for 2020. While it was challenging, I feel blessed for so many things this year. I’ve enjoyed more family time, built a stronger marriage and feel closer to God than I did at the beginning of the year. On top of that, I’m going into the new year pain-free for the first time in several years. I’m so thankful for that. The goals are closed out, including the fitness and rehab objectives . I’m so thankful for DDP Yoga and Cryotherapy—both have aided me while rebuilding my body. 2020 doesn’t matter tomorrow.
Everything is new and fresh. The goal tracker will show 0’s. Write your goals down an read them daily—this is how you fullfill your New Years Resolutions. You can take it a step further by measuring daily. If you aren’t holding yourself accountable, your resolutions are less likely to develop. Don’t let your positive intentions fade away. 2021 will be another difficult year, but you get to chose how to respond and grow through the struggle. Next big challenge: 50 mile Ultra-Marathon. Happy New Year. Go Get It!!
