Latest 30 Day Challenge

I like 30-day challenges to push myself and develop new habits. Today starts my next 30 day challenge, including a fitness, spiritual and personal goal.

Fitness goal: 100 sit-ups, push-ups, body-weight squats and crunches. 8 of these workouts will be in an infrared sauana at 135 degrees.

Spiritual goal: Re-read Bible passages in evening. Like many of us, I have a hard time retaining. I typically read early in the day to set the tone, but then I’m blasted with info all day. My goal is to increase retention.

Personal goal: Journal daily. I believe in the power of journaling but I’m the worst at consistency in this area. Only wrote 3 in January.
