365 days straight. 635 to go.
365 days straight. Today’s a happy moment for me and I give thanks to God for leading me here. On November 1 last year, the journey began. Run every day for 1,000 straight days plus average 42 minutes per day of fitness activities. At this time last year, I was in constant, daily pain. My fitness, rehab and cryotherapy plan has brought me back to 100% and taken me to the best fitness levels of my life. I’ve done that while running 1531 miles. No time to celebrate, I have 635 more days to go. Current goals along the way include competing in an Ultra marathon and completion of my DDP Yoga Instructor certification. Two months left, it’s time to wrap up 2020 goals. Go get it.
