Body Tune-up Day

My crazy weekend workouts make Monday my “body tune-up” day. I start Monday morning with an early DDP Yoga class to stretch my muscles and get the blood flowing. After that, I head to iCRYO Wichita West for five services:


1. Infrared sauna session to relax my muscles and detox.
2. iV infusion to deliver my weekly supplements and boost hydration.
3. Compression therapy to squeeze out lactic acid and massage my legs.
4. Red Light Therapy to reduce pain and inflammation, especially during the winter when there’s less sunlight.
5. Cryotherapy to reduce pain, improve sleep, and give me a nice serotonin boost for the week.
I also go into the cryo chamber and red light bed for an extra 3-4 sessions each week.
