Heartland 100-mile race: Training Complete

Training for the Heartland 100 mile is complete. The race is 12 days away and I intend to be more prepared for this race than any other event. I have a few items to add, including bacon sandwiches and burgers. My body feels strong two weeks out, but I’ll focus on tuning things up with iCRYO and DDP Yoga.
Over the next two weeks, I intend to complete 10 hours of DDP Yoga, 10 cryotherapy sessions, 3 hours of infrared sauna, 3 hours of compression therapy and 6 red light photobiomodulation sessions. From a supplement standpoint, I will take in two Supa-Gluta iVs (high dosage of glutathione) and a Pre-Game iV the day before the race. I’ll also have two chiropractic adjustments, a massage and a trip to my movement neurologist.
My hip flexors are not 100%, but I will throw everything at it to feel my best on race day.
Shout out to Coach Tony Brown for passing on his knowledge…I’ve learned so much from him over the years. I feel like an 8-year old a few weeks way from Christmas…excited and blessed to do this!!
