Never Miss Monday

Hard, long workouts on Monday set the tone for the week. Push yourself early and the tough challenges throughout the week aren’t as difficult. Set a Monday routine and stick with it. Every week. No excuses. You’ll be surprised how much it pays off throughout the week. My Monday routine:
4:30AM start. Light stretching and core work before heading to Orangetheory Fitness Wichita West for a tough 1-hour workout. I wrap up the morning in the infrared sauna before work. I read the Bible, pray amd create goals/to-do lists while in the sauna. After work its cryotherapy and then I go teach DDP Yoga. The workout is tough, but so much fun. Sharing my love for DDP Yoga brings a lot of joy, whether its 2 people or 10.
And I do this nearly every single Monday. And the week is much different when Monday plans are altered.
